Dance Fiit

This class has been 14 years in the making!

I have been a dancer for over 25 years – working in professional shows and commercially. I then started to teach – qualifying as a Zumba instructor in 2011.  I absolutely loved this class but like anything in life it became a saturated market and I wanted to develop something completely original! 

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts have become incredibly popular over the last 4 years and as a personal trainer I have seen incredible results from this training technique. 

So Dance Fiit was born!

It is a mixture of various dance styles, HIIT and floor work toning! Using the all kinds of music and adaptations it really is a fantastic, full body workout. It targets all the key areas that women want to tone – burns up a huge amounts of calories 

But it’s so much FUN too!

The class is set up in a DISCO VIBE!

We have disco lights – with a dim lit room and every single person is welcomed and included in an upbeat positive way. 

You do NOT need to be a great dancer. 

You do NOT need to be extremely fit.  You just need to come along and give it a go! It really is such a great way to work out, so get booked in and dance yourself FIIT!
